CLEMENS SUITE
The Clemens Suite, named for Olivia and Samuel (Mark Twain) Clemens and their beautiful marriage, is designed to be a luxurious getaway for two. The Suite is located upstairs and is accessed by an authentically Victorian (steep and narrow) staircase. The Suite takes most of the upper story of the Inn and offers an extra large bedroom with private attached sitting room and bathroom. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Sierra Valley from the bay windows of the sitting room.

Coolbrith Suite
The Coolbrith Suite is named for California's first poet laureate. The two queen bedrooms connect through an adjoining door and share a private bathroom attached to the first bedroom. The room is downstairs and easily accessible but does have noise from the floorboards of the Suite above. The Suite features restored original windows with a view of the Inn gardens.

Charlotte Room
The Charlotte Perkins Gilman Room is a private Queen bedroom and wet bar with a shared detached bathroom on the first floor. The room connects to the rest of the Inn (including the bathroom) by an authentic Victorian (steep and narrow) staircase. The Charlotte Room shares a downstairs bathroom with the Zora Room. The room has a view of the Inn's 100 year old apple tree from one side and the breathtaking Sierra Valley from the other.

Zora Room
The Zora Room is a Queen bedroom located just off the kitchen and looking out at the Inn's 100 year old apple tree and the residential street. The room is a tribute to the incomparable Zora Neale Hurston. A small table for dining or games in front of the window is cozy year-round. The bathroom is located just across the kitchen and is shared with the Charlotte Room.

The Wilde Room celebrates Oscar Wilde and his dramatic style. It is a in newer part of the Inn built on in the 1970's to be a Levi's store run by the 7 sisters who lived in the house at the time. The large bedrooms has a Queen four poster bed and a sofa looking out at the beautiful valley view. The bathroom is just across the lobby and is shared with the Harte Room.

The Harte Room is a tribute to local author Bret Harte and his wild west. It is a in newer part of the Inn built on in the 1970's to be a Levi's store run by the 7 sisters who lived in the house at the time. The bedroom has a Queen four poster bed and a twin daybed, making it a good choice for a small family or group of friends. The bathroom is just across the lobby and is shared with the Wilde Room.
